Operation Ragnar

Mon- Running 6mi minimum
Tues- Notre Dame Lift
Wed- Notre Dame Lift
Thurs- Running 5mi minimum
Friday- Crossfit WOD or outdoor workout
Saturday- Power Tower AMRAPS/Running 5mi minimum/Cycling alternating every other week
Sunday-Recovery
