New Program "Ramstein"
Looking to back the running down to two days a week now and focus more on strength gains in the major lifts with this program I just made. Excited to begin something a little different. Will also be mixing in WODs from week to week to keep things from getting too stale.
*note- All bodyweight exercises to be done with weighted dip belt.
